MY THOUGHTS:

I totally devoured this book! Czar, Noah, and Rome had me cracking up until my cheeks hurt. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. And that enemies-to-lovers thing? Loved it! Czar was a riot. Remember when Marley invited Czar over to her van/house and the ‘lil booty’ nickname? Classic! The way Czar was peeking through the curtains and making comments like she was homeless had me in stitches. Ladii Nesha, you had me in stitches, girl!

I had a blast reading every single moment of this book. The twist had me itching to find a moment alone in bed just so I would see what went down between Marley and Czar. Although, Marley was getting on my last nerve, you know? I get that she went through losing her baby and ‘losing’ Benny, but seriously, if I had to read about her not getting over Benny one more time, I was gonna lose it! Marley swooning over Benny? Girl, let me hold your hand while I say this: that man was no good. I needed her to fully commit to Czar and get some love! And let’s not forget about Pam.

The characters in this book were so well developed. I adored Harper and Jaxon. Oh, the time Jaxon showed up to the paint show looking for Harper? I was dying with laughter. I’m literally laughing right now as I type this. This book had me blasting “Gansta Lovin” by Eve and Alicia Keyz in my car. I seriously, seriously loved reading this book. You’ve gotta add this steamy read to your list. It’s sexy and hilarious. TikTok nailed it by recommending this book!
