Hey you! I’m Nacia. I am an  avid advocate for maternal health, mental health and self care. I am a creative bringing awareness to all things selfcare by sharing my journey with others.  This all started when I realized that I was going through postpartum depression. This blog became an outlet for me and way for me to reach out to others. Sit back with your favorite cup of coffee or tea and take this journey with me.
